Use:
Sidroga Silhouette is a tasty mate tea with herbs and spices. Mate is obtained from the leaves of the Ilex paraguariensis. The Wellnees tea gets its refreshing taste from the addition of lemon verbena, cardamoms and ginger. Sidroga Silhouette accompanies you on the way to your personal feel-good weight.
Preparation:
1 tea bag for 1 cup (150 ml).
Directions:
Pour boiling water over it, leave to stand for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze out the bag and remove. Important note : Always pour boiling water over it and let it stand for at least 5-10 minutes! This is the only way to get safe food!
