Return Policy

You can return unopened products (exclusions apply) within 30 days.

Please send us your revocation within 30 days after delivery (the post stamp is decisive). You bear the return delivery costs.

  • Please register your return by sending an email to customercare@vitamister.ch before sending the goods back to us.
  • We cannot grant a right of withdrawal for a product which was opened, unsealed or otherwise used due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
  • Certain product groups are excluded from returns even if "unused". These currently include, in particular, any Foodstuff including dietary supplements, medications and other remedies, hygienically sensitive items.
  • Original Сondition

    Hygiene and our customers’ safety are super important, so certain products can’t be returned for refunds including any products if opened, used or protective seal is not intact.

    If a product is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (at your expense).

  • Return & Refund Exclusions

    Due to customers’ safety, hygiene, and legal reasons, we are currently unable to accept for refund the following returned products:

    • Food / beverages
    • Medicines / food supplements and other remedies
    • Hygienically sensitive items

    We reserve the right to send the returned items from the above product groups back to you and to charge you delivery costs and a processing fee.

  • Responsibility

    Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us. Please save proof of your postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

    We're not responsible for any products that are returned to us by mistake. If you would like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery costs.

  • Registration of Returns

    Before you send a product back to us, please register your return via email (customercare@vitamister.ch) or our Contact Form (https://vitamister.ch/contact) stating you Order Number and product(s) you want to return. We will process you request during one working day.

    Please note, we reserve the right to ship the returned products back to you and charge delivery costs and a processing fee if the products you return don't match what you ordered.

  • Product Exchange

    Currently we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your unwanted product, and place a new order.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Products

    If you have received an item which isn't quite right, please contact us within 5 working days.

  • Refunds

    We may refuse a refund for returned products which are not in original condition or from a group of exclusions (as described above) and charge you the shipping costs plus a processing fee for sending goods back to you.

    We will refund the payments as soon as we have received the returned goods. The refund period varies depending on the payment method and is made within 14 days of receipt of the return
