The herbal mixture of cumin, anise and fennel has been proven for years to support milk production. The lemon balm leaves give the tea a refreshing aromatic taste.

The Sidroga Organic Stilltee contains selected fruits and herbs of special quality, specially formulated for the nursing mother.
preparation
1 filter bag for 1 cup (about 150 ml). Boil with boiling water, leave to soak for 5 to 8 minutes, squeeze out the bag and remove.
Always sprinkle with bubbly boiling water and leave for at least 5 minutes. This is the only way to get a safe food!
