1 filter bag for 1 cup (about 150 ml). Boil with boiling water, let stand for 5 to 10 minutes, squeeze out the pouch and remove.
Important note: Always pour boiling water over bubbly and let soak for at least 5 to 10 minutes. This is the only way to get a safe food!
