Lady's mantle herb is also known as Alchemilla.

Use:

The tannins contained in the lady's mantle can react with the protein components of the skin to form a layer on the (mucous) skin that is less permeable to water and in this way protects the body from excessive water loss. This protective layer also prevents bacteria and other germs from penetrating small injuries to the skin. The ingredients also show an effect on diarrhea.

Preparation:

1 tea bag for 1 cup (150 ml)..

Directions:

Pour boiling water over it, leave to stand for 5 minutes. Gently squeeze out the bag and remove. Important note : Always pour boiling water over it and let it stand for at least 5 minutes! This is the only way to get safe food!
