The result can be clearly read within five minutes. Simply hold the absorbent tip in the urine stream for a few seconds. This allows the Evial Pregnancy Test to be performed quickly and easily at locations other than home. The Evial Pregnancy Test Strip is the easiest way to perform a pregnancy test.
A pregnancy test can provide certainty if signs of pregnancy can be suspected. Pulling in the breasts and sudden nausea in the morning, as well as many other indications, can indicate pregnancy. But no sign is as clear as the absence of menstruation. Now at the latest it is time for a pregnancy test. The reliable Evial pregnancy test is easy, quick and hygienic to use. The result can be clearly read within five minutes. Simply hold the absorbent tip in the urine stream for a few seconds. After a short time, the result is visible in the control window of the Evial pregnancy test. If two strokes appear in the control window, the result is positive (pregnant); if one stroke appears, there is no pregnancy.
Pregnancy is determined at an early stage by the concentration of hCG (human chorionic gouadotropin) in urine or blood. During pregnancy, hCG is formed first by the fertilised egg and later by the placenta. Among other things, HCG prevents rejection of the uterine lining and the onset of menstruation.
A fertilised egg usually nests in the lining of the uterus 6-8 days before the end of the period. At this time, tiny amounts of hCG are present in the mother's blood and urine. The hCG concentration is initially very low, but increases rapidly and predictably during the first weeks of pregnancy.
The pregnancy test contains antibodies which react to the hormone. If the urine comes into contact with the absorption wick, the urine sample is conducted into the membrane using capillaries. When the hCG reaches the test area, a coloured line is formed. If this line is missing, the test result is negative. A stained line appears in the control area to indicate that the pregnancy test has been performed correctly.
If you tested positive early before the expected menstruation, do another pregnancy test 2 days after the expected menstruation date to confirm the result. At this point, the result of a urine test is the most reliable. If the result is still positive, consult a doctor to confirm the pregnancy. Your doctor will advise you on how to proceed.
If they receive a negative result, however, pregnancy is not yet excluded. The hCG concentration in the urine may still have been too low or the pregnancy test may have been performed too early or incorrectly. A high number of bacteria in the urine or the not yet nested egg could be further reasons for a false negative result. If you suspect that you are pregnant despite a negative pregnancy test (e.g. no menstruation), repeat the test after a few days.
