Directions

Per serving, stir 4 to 6 (40 to 60 g) well heaped tablespoons of Almased into 200 ml of cold or lukewarm liquid and add 2 teaspoons of high-quality vegetable oil (e.g. linseed oil, rapeseed oil). One can produces 1.6 to 2.5 litres of drink. Please ensure a sufficient fluid intake of at least 2 litres per day.
