First moisten the outer genital area, then pour a peanut-sized amount of Vagisan intimate wash lotion directly onto the palm of your hand or onto a damp washcloth and spread over the outer genital area. Then wash off again.

If you use cotton washcloths, you should wash them regularly at 60 ° C. For vaginal infections, however, use the cotton washcloth only once and then wash it.
