Usage Instructions:

For Adults and Children over 6 years:

• Before or in spring: Take 1 capsule/day for 10 consecutive days per month, for 3 months.
• As needed in spring: Take 3 capsules/day for 3 days, then 1 capsule/day for the rest of the month.

For Children between 3 and 6 years:
