The Burgerstein Sport product was developed by various sports scientists and sports doctors. It is the basic product for amateur and competitive athletes and was designed with the idea of covering their increased need for micronutrients.
Antioxidants such as vitamins C and E, zinc, and selenium help protect cells from oxidative stress. Various vitamins, minerals, and trace elements support the immune system, energy metabolism, and protein synthesis. Magnesium and calcium also contribute to normal muscle function. The formulation is supplemented by a berry extract. Taking it over a longer period of time is quite possible. The combination with creatine is recommended depending on the type of sport (e.g. high-speed strength sports), Burgerstein Sport can be combined well with L-carnitine for endurance training.
Burgerstein Sport does not contain any substances containing doping according to the WADA list (World Antidoping Agency).
