The Itching Acute Balsam is a medical product with Dead Sea salt and Dead Sea magnesium chloride to relieve and treat the symptoms of acutely irritated skin. It was developed for quick calming and light cooling, especially for acute treatment of itchy skin irritations and the typical symptoms of chronically dry skin (e.g. atopic eczema). Due to the physical effect and the accompanying care components, the skin is well moisturized in order to counteract the recurrence of skin irritations caused by dryness and to maintain the improvement of the skin condition. The balm can be used over a longer period of time and is suitable for children from 3 years of age. It is free from cortisone, fragrances and colorings, PEG and mineral oil.

100% all-natural Dead Sea Salt (Maris Sal, Dead Sea Salts) binds tissue moisture, has a decalcifying, anti-inflammatory and anti-itch effect and improves the condition of the skin. Dead Sea Magnesium chloride works according to the osmotic principle and helps to bind moisture in the skin and prevent skin dryness due to the content of magnesium ions. Horsetail is an extract of horsetail and contains approx. 10% silica, which binds moisture to the skin and promotes the renewal of skin cells. In conjunction with other minerals and flavonoids, an anti-inflammatory, antibacterial effect occurs, which can effectively support wound healing. Willowherb contains flavonoids, including the strong anti-inflammatory myricetin, and is used for its anti-itch and soothing properties.
